Redhawks, it’s MVP Season at the Castle—and you’re a key player in the magnificent work already in play. This year, our rallying cry is built on three powerful words: Excellence. Elite. Empowered. Together, they reflect our shared commitment to high standards, high-impact learning, and high expectations for success beyond high school.
- Excellence –Pursue it daily in academics, behavior, leadership, and character.
- Elite – Be a leader—in the classroom, on social media, and in our community. Remember, being elite isn’t about being perfect; it’s about being consistent, coachable, and committed to greatness.
- Empowered – Our mission is to empower every Redhawk to graduate, enlisted, enrolled, or employed, prepared for life beyond the Castle.
Let’s make this year a championship season—on purpose, with purpose—for success beyond the Castle.
You have what it takes to be the MVP.
Mission: Start this season by knowing your why. Set clear goals for your academics, friendships, and future—college, career, or beyond. Show the Redhawk Way everywhere you go by modeling Resilience, Integrity, Scholarship, and Engagement. Be on time, be prepared, and be present—mentally and physically. Excellence starts with the little things.
Vision: Level Up! Push yourself to new heights this year! Take on AP classes, Dual Credit courses, certifications, clubs, or internships that challenge and inspire you.
Performance: Your performance dictates your pathway. Know where you stand so that you can carve a meaningful path of excellence. Start by tracking your GPA, monitoring your credits, and staying on top of your graduation plan—whether you’re preparing to be enlisted, enrolled, or employed. Use your voice, ask for help when needed, and build positive relationships. Protect your energy, stay focused, and finish strong in everything you do.
This is your season to shine, Redhawks. The scoreboard is clear, and the playbook is in your hands. How you show up today will define the legacy you leave tomorrow.
Let’s make the 2025–2026 school year one we’ll never forget.
Let’s go, Redhawks! ⚫
With pride and purpose,
Ms. Tameka S. Nicholson, Ed.S.
