Ms.Pederson is an administrator at Westwood,  she let us in how she makes Westwood safe and what she does as an administrator in generale. Ms.pederson is known by many students and faculty for her kind and caring personality. This is the diary of an administrator. 

Ms.Pederson came to Westwood because it was somewhere she could be close to her family and have good teaching opportunities.As she began teaching at Westwood she moved into the administration position and that’s where she has been ever since she’s been ant Westwood for 9 years.Ms.peaderson is very hard working with the kids at westwood she said “I’m trying to help students learn from their mistakes” also “Helping them learn conflict resolution skills”.

Ms.Pedersons favorite thing about being an administrator is “ The people” Ms.peaders loves the students at Westwood and appreciates the teachers and faculity.Ms.peaderson also follows the rules of Westwood making sure kids follow free to focus and don’t get into trouble.

Ms.Peaderson said “ No two days are alike” and that’s what she really loves about Westwood. Everyday is different and every day comes with challenges but she finds a way to get through them because she loves Westwood and she’s a great administrator.
