People were also very excited about the album considering that this is his first album in 2 years. According to www.stopthebreaks.com Tyler, the creator stated “I wanna be an actress” which also caused netizens to be surprised about this album’s sudden release.
The album has sparked conversations across campus, even inviting new listeners to explore Tyler’s music. We hit the halls to get Westwood’s take on the album that’s quickly growing as time passes.
Kymari Gibson, a freshman at Westwood High School shared his thoughts and stated, “I listened to what he (Tyler, the Creator) said in his Instagram story and listened to it without any distractions and actually listened to the lyrics and this is deep”.
Tyler mentioned never having a present father in his life multiple times. He also talked about his paranoia about trusting people and even simply being out in public while being a celebrity.
Devrinn Washington another freshman here at Westwood says she relates to what Tyler expressed, “I think as I’ve gotten older I have been very paranoid about trusting people, that’s why I keep my circle small”.

Zyniyah Thomas-Davis, a new listener here at Westwood seemed to enjoy the track “Sticky”. “I didn’t know he got down like that.” she laughs.
